A new roof is more than new shingles. On every Woodstock replacement we tear off to the deck, fix what's underneath, and rebuild every layer to manufacturer spec.

Roof Replacement for Woodstock homes.
Woodstock's housing runs from 1980s and 1990s neighborhoods to new construction across Cherokee County. Because the city is growing fast, we check the work of earlier contractors on every tear-off, and correct any improper installation before the new roof goes on.
What goes into a Mosaic replacement.
Full tear-off down to the deck. No roofing over old shingles.
Decking repair. Every soft or rotted sheet replaced up to the decking allowance in your written contract (more is quoted in writing first), documented with photos.
Synthetic underlayment plus ice and water protection in valleys and around penetrations.
New metal. Drip edge, step and counter flashing and pipe boots replaced, not reused.
Balanced ventilation with a ridge vent and Attic Armor underneath to keep pests out.
Warranty. A 10 to 15-year transferable Mosaic workmanship warranty on shingle replacements, on top of the manufacturer's material warranty.
Frequently asked questions
Can you fix a roof another contractor installed wrong?
Yes. We document the problem with photos and correct the installation before the new roof goes on.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most single-family homes are torn off and re-roofed in one day. Larger or steeper roofs, specialty materials or heavy decking repair can add a day or two.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Financing is available through our lending partner, subject to approval. We can help you apply after your free inspection.
“I have yet to see another roofing company with better quality work ethic and performance. The response time was immediate and they have the best prices in town. I've had 3 neighbors stop by to tell me how good my house looks with a new roof. I've never felt as good pulling up to my house as I do now.”

Honest Inspection
★★★★★
“Kyle and Mike were great and took care of everything. They replaced my roof at a very reasonable price and the crew did a great job — fast, and cleaned up properly after the job. It's been a few months and many a downpour, and everything is sealed up properly. I've had zero issues. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others!”
