Mosaic workmanship warranties
- Shingle roof replacements: 10 to 15 years. Covers our installation: flashing, fastening, ventilation, and every detail we built. You get the full 15 years when you're enrolled in our maintenance program. It's fully transferable if you sell the home.
- TPO flat roofs: 10 years of workmanship coverage, on top of the 20-year GAF material warranty on 60-mil TPO.
- Repairs: 1 year on the work we performed.
Specialty systems such as standing seam, copper, slate, tile, Brava and Duro-Last PVC get warranty terms written into the proposal for that system. You'll know the coverage before you sign.
Manufacturer warranties
Shingles, membranes and metal panels carry the manufacturer's material warranty against manufacturing defects. Those warranties only hold up when the product is installed to the manufacturer's specifications. That's why our manufacturer certifications matter. See our certifications.
What workmanship warranties don't cover
- Damage from storms, falling trees or other events. That's what homeowner's insurance is for.
- Work done on the roof by someone else after we leave, like satellite dishes, solar or HVAC penetrations.
- Problems caused by things outside the roof system, like clogged gutters that back up or structural movement.

Call us at (404) 260-3168. A leak on a roof we installed gets a fast response, and if it's our workmanship, we fix it at no charge. If you've bought a home with a Mosaic roof, the transferable warranty comes with it. Just call and we'll look up the job.
