Roof replacement in Brookhaven, GA.

Roof Replacement for Brookhaven homes.

Brookhaven's older housing stock, from 1950s ranches in Drew Valley and Ashford Park to newer infill along Peachtree Road, often needs more than new shingles. Original step flashing and chimney saddles on 1950s to 1970s homes frequently fail first, so every replacement includes new flashing, a full tear-off to the deck, and a deck inspection before the new roof goes on.

Matching existing materials matters here because architectural styles change block to block. We check what's on the roof and tell you what will match before we start.

What goes into a Mosaic replacement.

• Full tear-off down to the deck. No roofing over old shingles.
• Decking repair. Every soft or rotted sheet replaced up to the decking allowance in your written contract (more is quoted in writing first), documented with photos.
• Synthetic underlayment plus ice and water protection in valleys and around penetrations.
• New metal. Drip edge, step and counter flashing and pipe boots replaced, not reused.
• Balanced ventilation with a ridge vent and Attic Armor underneath to keep pests out.
• Warranty. A 10 to 15-year transferable Mosaic workmanship warranty on shingle replacements, on top of the manufacturer's material warranty.
