Faith is part of how we work.
Mosaic Roofing Company is a faith-based business. That shows up in the way we run every job: honest answers, fair prices, respect for the people who live and worship under the roofs we work on, and taking care of our crews and our community.
Churches hold up their neighborhoods. When a church roof fails, it doesn't just leak on a sanctuary. It pulls money away from ministries, food pantries, youth programs and the people a congregation serves. We built our church program to keep more of that money where it belongs.
Our church roofing program.
Churches and houses of worship of every denomination get:
- Discounted maintenance programs with scheduled inspections, drain and gutter cleaning, and small repairs before they turn into big ones.
- Discounts on upkeep and repairs, including leaks, flashing, storm damage and emergency tarping.
- Discounts on roof replacement and restoration, including shingle, metal, flat roof and coating systems.
- 5% back to the church. On every full roof replacement, we donate 5% of the final contract price directly back to the church.
Built for church buildings.
Church roofs are rarely simple. Many combine a steep sanctuary roof, a steeple, flat or low-slope fellowship halls and education wings, and older metal on additions. We handle all of it:
- Steep-slope shingle, metal and slate on sanctuaries and steeples.
- TPO, Duro-Last PVC, EPDM and modified bitumen on fellowship halls, gyms and classroom wings. See commercial roofing.
- Roof coatings to restore aging flat and metal roofs without a tear-off, including ASTEC systems.
- Scheduling around worship, with no work during services and phased projects so the building stays open.
- Insurance claim documentation after storms, with photos the church board and insurer can use.
For church leaders and facilities teams.
We'll walk the roof with your pastor, trustees or facilities committee, photograph everything, and give you a written report with clear options you can bring to your board: repair now, plan for replacement, or restore. If budgeting is the challenge, ask about phased work and commercial financing through our lending partner.
