Roofing installers and crew leads
- Install and repair shingle, metal and low-slope roofing systems to manufacturer spec.
- Crew leads run daily setup, safety, quality and cleanup on site.
- Experience with steep-slope work required. Experience with standing seam, copper, slate or single-ply membranes is a big plus.
- Reliable, safety-minded and proud of clean, finished work.
Sales representatives, inspectors and project managers
- Inspect roofs, document damage with photos and write clear, honest proposals.
- Walk homeowners and building owners through their options without pressure.
- Project managers coordinate materials, crews, permits and schedules from contract to final walkthrough.
- Roofing or construction experience preferred. Strong communication, organization and a valid driver's license required.
