What goes into a Mosaic replacement
Most quotes look alike on paper. The difference is in what gets skipped. What goes down on every shingle replacement we do:

About half the roofs we replace have nothing to do with a storm, they're simply worn out. Architectural shingles in Atlanta typically last 20–25 years; 3-tab shingles closer to 15–20. If your roof is in that range and you're seeing curling, granule loss in the gutters, or repeat leaks, replacement usually costs less over time than chasing repairs.
