Commercial metal systems we work on
- Standing seam panels. Concealed-fastener systems that handle thermal movement and suit low-slope and steep commercial roofs.
- Metal re-roofs. Installing new metal over a sound existing roof, when the structure and drainage allow it.
- Through-fastened metal panels. Common on warehouses and agricultural-style buildings.
- Metal repair and coating. Fastener and seam replacement, flashing repair, and coatings to extend the life of aging panels.
When metal makes sense
Metal is a strong choice when the building needs long service life, low maintenance and good performance in heat and storms. It can also be the better option when a flat roof keeps failing and the structure can carry a metal system.
We'll tell you if it doesn't. A roof that is sound under the coating may only need restoration, and that is usually the less expensive path.
What we check before recommending metal
- Structural capacity and the existing roof layers
- Panel profile, gauge and finish that fit the building and its uses
- Drainage, slope and penetrations that affect the seam layout
- Snow, wind and storm exposure at the property
- Insurance scope, if the work follows a storm
Our process
1. Inspection with photos of the existing roof, flashing and fasteners. 2. A written scope listing the system, panel profile, gauge, flashing and warranty. 3. Installation with a documented sequence and quality checks at each stage. 4. A final photo record and the warranty paperwork for your files.
